Stephanie Kakris Interview: Sports Psychologist and Goal Setting Expert

Stephanie Kakris founder and CEO her company High Performance Coach used her Masters degree in Sports Psychology to get the best out of her elite athlete clients.

She now uses her those same strategies of Goal Setting and the Law of Attraction to help clients from all walks of life achieve their dreams and aspirations or as she says “Get from where you are to where you want to be”.

So we all have heard about setting SMART goals but has anyone actually showed you how to do this in a step by step manner using lots of pictures and imagery ie the language of the sub conscious.

Stephanie Kakris Interview

In this interview, Stephanie basically explains how to create meaningful and achievable goals that are in alignment with your highest values.

A couple of gems that I uncovered from Stephanie were that i) sometimes people set goals that they think they should have because of society’s expectations and ii) some people do not set goals because of they fear success and/or failure.

I asked her about people not meeting their goals and the implication that it meant personal failure. Stephanie reassured everyone with this, “Don’t think of it as a downside but rather signposts that point you in the direction you should be going”.

That is encouragement in anyone’s language.

So, if you feel you could do with a coach who understands you better than you, head over to
